Join Friends of Heckscher State Park and the LI Greenbelt Trail Conference on October 25th at 9:30 AM as we finish the last 200 feet of boardwalk on the Greenbelt Trail! 

No experience needed—just bring work gloves, rubber boots, and optional tools (battery powered screw gun or impact wrench).

Meet at the Mosquito Field near the campground—look for the Greenbelt flag and drive up the mowed grass lane.

Help us restore this beautiful trail and enjoy a morning outdoors making a difference!
